R M Sriram has over three decades of extensive experience in the financial services industry spread across Europe, India, and the Middle East. He is the Founder and Managing Director of the Quadrillion Group, a leading Management Consulting & Advisory business in the GCC.
He is also on the board of Global Alliance Partners, an international network of Investment Banking and Advisory firms.
For four years, from 2009, Sriram was the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Reliance Capital Asset Management (UK), a part of Reliance Capital Ltd – one of India’s largest financial services companies. In this role, he led Reliance Capital’s businesses across financial services verticals for Europe, Middle East, and Africa geographies. The areas of business focus included Asset & Wealth Management and Investment Banking.
A resident of Dubai for over twenty five years, Sriram was the Senior Vice President & Area Director of Citibank’s Non-Resident India Wealth Management Business covering the GCC countries prior to joining Reliance Capital.
He commenced his career with Citibank in India and spent over a decade and a half with the bank in multiple roles and geographies. He also had a short stint as the India Wealth Management Head for BNP Paribas and the Lending Head for Secured Products with IDBI Bank.
He has been an active member of the Indian Community in Dubai and has been a keynote speaker at the World Government Summit, India Global Forum, Funds Forum Middle East and other industry forums for many years. These are but a few of his many achievements that have led to his being recognized as a financial industry stalwart.

Shyam Agarwal has more than a decade of experience in consulting and research including extensive exposure to primary research, largely for private equity firms. He has rich consulting experience across industries including Food & Beverages, Education, e-Commerce, Hospitality, Retail & Real Estate, Alternate Energy, Infrastructure and Logistics. He has strong understanding of business fundamentals and hands on experience in devising business strategies and funding plans backed by financial analysis & valuation. Having graduated in commerce from Mumbai University, he is a qualified Chartered Accountant and an XLRI Jamshedpur Alumni.

An MBA with a proven track record of success in the field of financial services consulting across India and the UAE, Divyata has worked with blue chip global multinationals resulting in a unique understanding of the payments landscape across diverse industry landscapes from traditional supply chain finance models to innovative B2B finance solutions to benefit commercial clients. Having led the Strategic Marketing function for large multinational financial institutions in the areas of Islamic Banking, Wealth and Insurance, Divyata also has a great deal of insight into key marketing strategies, brand positioning and brand development activities resulting in greatly enhanced market share for our clients.
Naresh Abeyasekara

Satyam Chibber is a highly experienced financial services and commodities executive with over 27 years of leadership in the UAE. His expertise covers private banking, structured investment advisory, and international trade. Satyam works as a Strategic Advisor, focusing on commodity trading, multi-asset wealth management, and commercial deal structuring. He helps clients navigate complex transactions, access emerging markets, and optimise portfolios. He has previously served as Managing Director at Doshi Commodities DMCC (Vivandi Group), leading multi-geography trading operations for agro-commodities, fertilisers, and petroleum derivatives. His responsibilities included strategic sourcing, cross-border transaction structuring, risk management, and market entry. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai and actively advises on capital efficiency, portfolio diversification, and new market access strategies within the UAE’s financial and trading ecosystem

Aditya leads the Advisory practice at SVP Financial. He has over 15 years of experience in credit and transaction advisory. Aditya has led and advised on various transactions across sectors to include consumers, food services, logistics, financial services and real estate, with a strong ability to innovate financial structures and solutions.
He is a board member of Global Gourmet Pvt. Ltd., a leading value-added frozen foods manufacturer and also serves on the advisory board of Iceland Foods India Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Iceland Foods Ltd (UK’s largest frozen foods retailer with revenue of GBP 3 Bn).
Prior to joining the family practice, Aditya was co-heading the investment banking business at quant capital, an investee of Reliance Capital where he handled various complex fund raise transactions.
Aditya is a qualified chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He began his career in the advisory space with Deloitte, India.
